Question 1.How to use the starter culture to make yogurt.
Step 1. Bring the culture out from -18 refrigerator
Step 2. Let culture temperature recover to atmosphere temperature
Step 3.Use 75% alcohol to sterilize top of culture packing bag
Step 4.Open packing bag and put culture into milk(ordinary put 1g starter culture into 1kg milk) which have been pasteurized and stir 5 minutes in order to make the culture completely dissolved. The temperature of milk should be 42±1
Step 5. Add 6% white granulated sugar
Step 6. Stir slowly for 15-20 minutes to ensure the strain spread evenly or use a small amount of milk dissolve preliminary
Step 7. Keep 42 for 6-7h.
Step 8. Put it into 4, keep it for 8 hour,and for 24 hours will be better.
